I am totally stressed out. I started a new job. I spend 24/7 on my Blackberry and now I am gaining weight. How can I learn to chill?
Stop saying “YES”, everywhere you go people are asking for your help, your advice and most of all your time. Well, it’s actually time to start balancing out all their needs with what YOU need. You must take care of yourself first, only after you’ve checked off your to-do list should you begin handling your friends and families.
1. Don’t media surf, it’s time for bed! The time you are wasting learning what current starlet is heading into rehab, could be time taking a nice warm bubble bath and leaving today’s cares far behind you.
2. Grab the fruits and vegetables and toss the packaged treat away. Your body needs real nutrients, not sugar filled energy bars and shakes.
3. Jump into something new, learning an exciting language or embracing a new skill can give your tired brain a rejuvenating boost!
4. Say goodnight to your Blackberry, know when to quit when it comes to that little pocket keyboard, reboot your body, not your berry!
