’Tis the season to eat. It’s okay to do as long as you do it in moderation and make sure you hit the gym in between those long trips to the mall! To make sure you don’t have to make a New Year’s resolution to lose the weight you put on due to Aunt Mary’s fruitcake, keep these tips in mind for a festive holiday season. We have included the top three body parts that drive men crazy, plus we have added the exercises necessary to help you out by making it easy and fun.
Bootie
J-LO, Beyonce and Jessica Alba have all got it going on. Their backsides are round, voluptuous and basically they rock. The best way to get that bootie is by doing lunges and stairs. 3 sets of 20 lunges and 30 minutes of steps 3 times a week will do the trick.
Chest
Salma Hayek, Elizabeth Hurley and Halle Berry they all got the lungs girl! They have the perfectly shaped bodies, and the guys go crazy over them. This physical feature will not only draw tons of male attention, but also can make you wear anything well, just make sure you have the right bra on. The best exercise to do to create the perfect chest is the chest fly 3 times a week.
Stomach
This is the newest body part that has been added to the list of women must-haves. A lean abdomen makes you look totally proportional. Take a break (a commercial break that is) and do 50 crunches. This week watch your favorite shows and during the break, crunch away. This is an easy exercise that requires no equipment and can be done in your own living room.
