First, there is a list of items that you should not eat if you are serious about losing weight in the next seven days. DO NOT EAT: Potatoes, Bread, Pasta, Rice, Grapes, Raisins, Fried Food, Breaded Food
Next, make sure you are not eating after 9PM, that you are getting eight hours of sleep and that you drink plenty of water between meals.
Finally, when it comes to exercise you should try to do a cardio workout for at least 45 minutes a day.

9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

2. Grilled Chicken (1 Piece) with Veggie

4. Zone Bar Snack
2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Snack #2:
