Your dating habits are constantly letting you down, it's time to break free from your relationship recycling!

In New York City there are 200, 000 more women than men. It isn’t always easy to find a great guy but, they are definitely out there. So, why do you keep meeting the same man. Either the guy who won’t commit, the guy who needs to be committed and the guy who still lives at home committed to staying a mama’s boy! It’s essential that you stop the cycle and start dating men who are unique, good for you and will to be an equal partner.  Love Doctor Matt Titus has a few rules to live by if you are not dating men who are setting your world on fire. He says if you are not feeling a spark then you need to start looking for a new set of matches.

Lose The Routine.
Start training for a marathon, volunteer for a great cause and change up your scenery.

Set Goals.
For one month try not to hit the same Starbucks twice.

Have No Fear.
Approach a guy who is completely different from one of your usual suspects. You have nothing to lose except your current mediocre boyfriends.

Don’t Be Flattered By Attention.
Only embrace men you REALLY want to be with, not as many as possible. Less men, more quality.
