Peeing in Peace features cover art illustration by Design-Her Gals (www.designhergals.com), a successful online stationery business with over 150,000 subscribers that is best known for their eye-catching custom cartoons of women.  A donation from the sale of each book will benefit the Gal to Gal Foundation - a charity established by Design-Her Gals which assists patients battling Stage IV breast cancer.  The book is now available for sale directly through the Design-her Gals website at www.designhergals.com.

ABOUT THE GAL TO GAL FOUNDATION
The Gal to Gal Foundation honors the dignity and courage of the women diagnosed with Stage IV, and forges a global community of caring, intelligent women who want to make a positive difference in the lives of others.  In many case, The Gal to Gal Foundation is a voice for those who may lose the fight but whose courage can inspire us all.
Jeanne Fitzmaurice, founder of Design-her Gals™, was personally affected by this disease when two women close to her fought so bravely, and whose openness about the process of living with, and dying from, this illness enabled her to witness firsthand the challenges and opportunities of a life-altering disease.

Jeanne discovered that although many wonderful organizations support breast cancer research, prevention and treatment for early stages, minimal dollars are dedicated to Stage IV needs. The reality is, until breast cancer is extinguished in all forms, there will be those who do not respond to the treatments that are currently available.

Jeanne’s mantra of “Purpose before personal profitability” has allowed her to ironically create a for-profit company that has pledged to raise $1,000,000 over the next three years.  The Gal to Gal Foundation has committed to dedicated its funds to Making Memories, an organization that exclusively grants wishes for Stage IV patients and their families as well as agreeing to help sponsor a global web site designed to support Stage IV resources.

Design-her Gals is spreading this compelling message through national media and celebrity attention and through the viral support a community that has grown to more than 150,000 in 2006, increasing over 10% per month with an expected community of 250,000 by July 2007. Through Jeanne’s dedication and business savvy, Design-her Gals will increase awareness of those diagnosed in Stage IV breast cancer, and play a role in supporting hundreds of thousands of patients each year struggling to live out their lives with dignity.
