Is it possible to walk by a fruit stand and not have your mouth water at the thought of perfect blueberries, strawberries, and avocados? We all know the health benefits of eating fruit, but the truth is that fruit can also give you spa-worthy beauty results in the comfort of your own home. So get out that fruit before it molds in the crisper drawer of your refrigerator, and read on for our fruity beauty tips.

Raechel Cunningham, licensed aesthetician and director of New York Laser & Aesthetics spa in New York City (www.nylaskin.com), specializes in in-spa treatments, but she also has no problem telling us how to best use that produce at home for "skintastic" benefits. Simply choose a body part that needs some TLC and follow her recipes or mix up your own, from our list—the choices really are endless.
