Who are the authors?
Jodi Citrin, M.S., R.D. is a nutritionist and president of Citrition, LLC. Her articles has appeared in various print outlets, and she was a contributing researcher to The Portion Teller: Smartsize Your Way to Permanent Weight Loss, which was voted one of the best health books of 2005 by O: The Oprah Magazine and the Wall Street Journal. She has appeared on Good Morning America. Jodi is based in New York City.
Melissa Gibson has traveled the world accumulating culinary knowledge and saucy stories. She has worked for a variety of Fortune 500 companies and is currently working in advertising. Melissa is based in San Francisco.
Katie Nuanes is a graduate of the California School of Culinary Arts. After working at San Francisco Green Restaurant under famed chef Annie Somerville, she is now a personal chef in Orange County.


So glad you picked up this book. I bought it a few days ago—absolutely hysterical. Definitely one of those cookbooks that I’ll actually be using...Not only will I cook with it, but it’s so entertaining, I’ll read it before I go to bed. It’s laugh out loud funny
